I completed law school in 1996 and began my career at Levin Ginsburg. I have been here ever since. First and foremost, I really enjoy the people here. We are very collegial and team-oriented. For me, the firm is a great fit because it provides a unique business environment with a balance of very large litigation and transactional matters along with a strong entrepreneurial base of work for family owned businesses, mid-market companies and individuals. When looking to add professionals to our firm, we focus on a combination of skill, experience and character.

Continuous ongoing training is critical to the success and development of each Levin Ginsburg attorney. We assign a senior attorney to mentor another lawyer. This allows associates to learn hands-on while under the tutelage of an experienced member of the firm, thus affording less experienced lawyers the opportunity to appear in court, draft sophisticated documents, participate in depositions and communicate with clients. Associates are given prompt feedback directly from the attorneys with whom they work. In addition, we schedule at least one formal performance evaluation each year. By joining our firm, you become a member of the team. We derive satisfaction from each employee's efforts and accomplishments.

Levin Ginsburg encourages attorneys to join bar association groups, business associations and to attend continuing legal education seminars. Within the firm, we analyze interesting and new developments in the law at regularly scheduled meetings, which sometimes are practice group focused. Routine marketing meetings are held as well.
